Lead Capture

  • FB Lead Form: When a potential customer shows interest by clicking on the ad, they are directed to a lead form on Facebook.

Initial Contact and Segmentation

  • Inbox/CRM: Once the form is submitted, the lead’s information is sent to an inbox or CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
  • Contact Patient: An attempt is made to get in touch with the potential customer

Booking Decision

  • Patient Booked: If the patient decides to book an appointment or service.
  • Patient Not Booked: If the patient does not decide to book immediately. This leads to a Manual Follow Up Process to attempt to convert the lead.

Retargeting & Nurture

  • Retargeting Campaign: For those who did not submit the lead form, a retargeting campaign is initiated to recapture their interest.
  • Automated Email Sequence: For those who did not book, an automated email sequence is sent out to nurture the lead. This includes a series of emails sent at intervals (14 days and 30 days later).

Follow Up

  • After the initial email, if the patient still hasn’t booked, a second email is sent 30 days later to follow-up.

Conversion Evaluation

The final decision is evaluated, whether the patient decides to book after all the nurturing and follow-up attempts or decides against it.
